I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAR I'VE COME.....

Anushka started training with me at the end of 2019 at Elan Spa.  As one of the members, Anushka had often used the treadmills and cardio machines in the gym, but was frustrated she wasn't making much progress in her body and fitness goals and so she booked a session with me.  I explained the difference between body weight and cardio workouts and why what she'd been doing to date wasn't helping her to get the results she wanted.  I demonstrated and took her through a simple yet effective body weight workout and she loved it so much that she decided to train with me once a week. 

After a few sessions it was clear that Anushka was struggling through her workouts because her food wasn't meeting her physical and emotional wellbeing needs.  She decided to book a Wellness Coaching session focusing on healthy eating and understanding how and why she needs to fuel her body correctly.  After only two weeks of introducing the changes I recommended, Anushka was flying through her training sessions and her recovery time massively improved too.  She had not only more energy for the gym, but more energy for all areas of her life including her work which is often stressful and demanding. 

When lock down forced the temporary closure of the Elan Spa Fitness Suite back in March, Anushka continued training with me 1-2-1 online via zoom.  In just 3 x 35 minute workouts per week she has smashed all her training goals and has been so amazed at the results she is now looking to progress to a new level of training that will increase lean muscle and drop body fat to give her the sculpted and toned figure she has always wanted.
