Anushka started training with me at the end of 2019 at Elan Spa. KATE DESIGNS 3 WORKOUTS FOR BOWLS ENGLAND PLAYERS
"When Bowls England decided we needed a workout to keep our bowlers fit while we are unable to play due to the COVID19 crisis, I immediately thought of Kate. She'd already designed a simple and effective workout for me, to improve my strength for skiing and playing bowls, so I was sure she'd be able to help. And I was right!
Kate designed a series of 3 workouts for Bowls England, covering all ages and physical abilities, and we were just about to professionally film the workouts with myself and our Coaching Director, Mal Evans, following Kate) when the lockdown was announced. Completely unfazed, Kate simply filmed herself doing the workouts in her dining room and then Mal and I filmed ourselves following the workouts at home. Many hours of editing later by the brilliant Gary Jones at Grow Marketing and Media, who Kate enlisted to help, and we have three excellent workout videos.
