Taking a holistic approach to your fitness and wellness goals, the 12 week plan is the perfect way to kick-start your journey to a fitter, healthier and happier you AND get serious results!

Designed to give you ultimate support, motivation and coaching through your period of transformation and to really help ingrain those new healthier habits so you can achieve the results you want. And most importantly, create a sustainable, healthy and balanced approach to your food, fitness and lifestyle that will last long after the 90 days are up. 

What the Plan Includes:

1 Hour Health Discovery Session at the start of the plan to discuss current lifestyle challenges, barriers to movement and health conditions, plan and agree your personal goals and how these will be tracked to monitor progress and achievements throughout the 12 weeks.

3 x 1 Hour Training sessions per week (1-2-1 or in a group depending on plan)

Meal Planner with over 45 quick and easy, delicious recipes to keep you on track, take the hassle out of your food and keep you free to focus on you.

3 x 30 minute coaching sessions throughout the plan to improve mindset, focus, vision and performance
