REPS Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I have extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of how to cultivate fitness and work through personal challenges to achieve success in both short and long term sports and fitness goals. 

I've worked with a diverse range of clients on a 1-2-1 basis, and group plans, supporting them to achieve success in a variety of forms from weight loss, to improving strength and fitness, to sports specific fitness and performance coaching.

Personal Training Sessions are subject to availability, and cost per hour may change depending on location.

Main locations include Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Southam & Banbury.

energiseME - The 12 Week Plan

Taking a holistic approach to your fitness and wellness goals, the 12 week plan is the perfect way to kick-start your journey to a fitter, healthier and happier you!

Designed to give you ultimate support, motivation and coaching through your period of transformation and to really help ingrain those new healthier habits so you can achieve the results you want. And most importantly, create a sustainable, healthy and balanced approach to your food, fitness and lifestyle.

What the Plan Includes:

1 Hour Health Discovery Session at the start of the plan to discuss any current lifestyle challenges, barriers to movement and health conditions, and to plan and agree your goals and how these will be tracked to monitor progress and achievements throughout the 12 weeks.

3 x 1 Hour Training sessions per week (either 1-2-1 or in a group)

Personalised Meal Plan and macro's to keep you on track, take the hassle out of your food and keep you free to focus on you.

3 x 30 minute coaching sessions throughout the plan to improve mindset, focus, vision and performance
