The Item/s I want is out of stock?
Some of our products can sell out quite quickly but don’t worry because we are always receiving new stock and so if you check back in a few days the chances are it will be available again. Or alternatively, email email@example.com including details of the product, size and colour that you would like and we can contact you once the product becomes available again.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If you do need to cancel your order please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not yet been fulfilled and posted we will cancel your order so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item/s will still be available once your original order is cancelled.
Am I responsible for postage on returns?
Yes you will be responsible for paying postage on any items returned to us. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard postage fee when we send your exchanged item to you. If you have a defective item or received the wrong product please send to us proof of postage and we will reimburse the cost of postage to you. We will also waive the standard postage fee on your replacement item.
