Over the past two years, I have been so inspired by the many women I have met on the journey to grow our community of like-minded, hard working women that feel empowered to embrace their bodies without comparison to others. And who believe in the power of investing in themselves, and work each day to push the boundaries of their everyday lives to discover a healthier, more active lifestyle that helps them to create a deeper self-love and compassion for themselves and others.

Through this feeling of empowerment, we can support and help others on their journey, so they too can feel a sense of self-worth, achievement and be part of a community that they can trust in and know that they too are contributing to a more ethical, sustainable and balanced way of living that will help to create a healthier way of life for all.

JESS ELLMER - Movement Specialist

Jess graduated from Italia Conti London in 2006 and enjoyed a successful and varied professional dance career for nearly a decade. She has performed around the world, as well as London's West End.

In 2013, Jess trained as a personal trainer. This is where her passion for Pilates began to sparkle. She focused her expertise on Pilates and found a real passion for enabling people to use their bodies in the most efficient way. Jess has worked with bodies within professional sports, as well as the entertainment industry. And spends her week coaching between London and the Midlands. In 2016, 'Beam with Grace' was born and specialises in Pilates, Dance and Barre both as one-to-one training and small group classes.

"I love to encourage, nurture and teach people to understand how their bodies work.  I look to give every client the chance to Bend, Energise, Align and Move themselves.  Allowing them to function more efficiently and add that little bit of sparkle missing from their daily routine"

DR REBECCA SHIELD - Chiropractor

After graduating from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College with merit Rebecca has gained many years experience sharing the wonders of Chiropractic with the community and has experience of treating people of all ages and backgrounds. Out of clinic she can be found working with sports teams ranging from hockey to motor cross, however, in day to day practice her passion lies in taking care of families, often across three generations. Her post-graduate studies have lead her to continued study in the benefits of paediatric chiropractic, development of the nervous system in infants, and postural changes with chiropractic care.

“I grew up in Durham as part of a family of 5 that were really passionate about health, vitality and personal development. I began seeing the life changing effects of chiropractic care alongside my parents and sisters, and get regular adjustments myself to keep me on top form for my training and busy active lifestyle. I love working in clinic and on the field getting people back on the road to feeling great and enjoying those things that make their life amazing. And I believe you’re never too old or too young to start living life to its fullest!”

SARAH GRANT - Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT)

A registered nutritional therapist and health coach, Sarah is fast gaining a reputation for success in helping clients to reach their health goals including feeling more energised, managing a healthy weight, clearing-up digestive issues, and balancing hormones.

After 15 years juggling a demanding career and hectic family life, Kate discovered a healthier and more active way of life.  Through her fitness background and own health issues, Kate learned first hand the power of great nutrition and daily exercise, and loves to help others fully understand the link between their food, physical performance and mental wellbeing.  Passionate about helping the public access credible, trustworthy information within the wellbeing, health and fitness industry, Kate's MEtime weekly blog is fast growing in popularity, sharing practical and effective ways for people to incorporate more healthful habits into their everyday busy lives.
