I personally understand the journey of change and reality of fitting your health and wellbeing around the daily demands of work, kids, family and a social life. I support and guide you through your journey of change, and motivate you when days are tough, and cheer you on at each triumphant success along the way.
I get as frustrated as you do at the amount of conflicting, misleading and unrealistic information we get exposed to every single day. But I want you to know that you can relax, listen, read and act with confidence knowing that the advice, coaching, events and workshops delivered by me and the MEvME Community is accredited by the WellSpoken Mark. The wellness industry’s recognised accreditation for delivering high quality, evidence-based and reliable information.
My commitment to you, is that I’ll always be honest with you, only offer you credible and trustworthy advice, and give you the reliable support you need throughout your period of change from who you are to who you want to be.
During a 30 minute introductory meeting either face to face or via zoom call, depending on your location, we can both ask questions, you can find out how I can help you, and we can both find out if we are a good fit to work together.
At the end of this session, if you’re ready to make a start on your journey, there is a short 5 minute form to be completed and then we can then sort all the necessary payment details and schedule in our first session together so we can start making plans and taking action to turn your vision and goals into a reality.

Re-Discover You: 2 x 45 minute coaching sessions 1-2-1 per month. Are you frustrated, overwhelmed, and feel like you’ve tried everything? This is a great place to start your new wellness journey. We will work together to discover what your ideal wellbeing truly is, and troubleshoot the daily challenges and barriers that stand in your way. You’ll learn practical ways to start making positive changes. Includes post coaching resources and handouts where relevant and 1-2 emails between sessions to help keep you accountable to the plans we have made together. £99 per month. Minimum commitment 3 months
Restore Balance: 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions 1-2-1 per month for 3 months. Ready to explore all areas of your wellbeing and lifestyle in detail and make substantial changes and create new stronger, healthful habits for sustained results. The regular contact helps to keep you on track, and together we can really improve your wellbeing to a whole new energised level. £195 per month. . Minimum commitment 3 months.
Master Life, Body & Mind: 4 x 1 hour coaching sessions 1-2-1 for 12 weeks. In depth coaching, support and planning to achieve your health goal, challenge self-limiting beliefs and create a new mindset that will really motivate, inspire and move you to succeeding in mastering your ultimate wellbeing, £285.00 per month. Minimum Commitment 3 months.

Available as 1-2-1 or group sessions, the 12 week energiseME plan is designed to take your fitness to a new level with motivational coaching, fun training sessions and expert support to get the results you want. Perfect for beginners, people getting back into fitness, and those wanting to make better progress in their workouts, this progressive plan is tailored to suit your fitness level and goals and energise your daily movement to the next level.
1 Hour Health Discovery Session at the start of the plan to discuss any current lifestyle challenges, barriers to movement and health conditions, and to plan and agree your goals and how these will be tracked to monitor progress and achievements throughout the 12 weeks.
3 x 1 Hour Training sessions per week (either 1-2-1 or in a group)
Personalised Meal Plan & Shopping List to keep you on track and take the hassle out of your food and keep you free to focus on you!
3 x 30 minute coaching sessions throughout the plan to improve mindset, focus, vision and performance
